Carrington Place has six trustees that form the Board of trustees and derive their authority to govern the affairs of the subdivision from the Carrington Place Indentures that are soon to be posted on this website. he trustees are elected by the homeowners in accordance with the Indentures to a one year term or appointed by the board to fill open position(s). We encourage homeowners to become candidates for these positions as they come up for elections.

The Board of Trustees meet once a month, typically in one of the trustee's homes, to conduct the business of the subdivision. Elections are scheduled once a year and coincides with the Annual Homeowners Meeting.
